We placed an order when the place was empty (which seems to be any time we go in there). The wings? Really good. The $13.34 "Buffalo Chips" that were supposed to have bacon, sour cream, and four types of cheeses? Yeah, looked like someone ate half the order, after one cheese was thrown on them and they were burned to a crisp. The ranch and blue cheese? Not properly capped and thrown into a bag to leak over our entire order. Contacted customer support and...dead silence.
After hounding social media, and the store dodging me, the District Manager reached out to me directly to deal with the issue. He took care of the problem in a way that I found most satisfactory AND, the next time I went in there, the people behind the register were helpful and my order was PERFECT.
I will be going back as the store continues to try to get back on track.
